CANCELLATION POLICY

(Please visit @rack.nails on instagram & review highlights for more detailed information) NEW CLIENTS MUST HAVE BARE NAILS! *i do not work over other people’s work* If nails aren’t bare, appt will be cancelled + 100% due. Kindly give a 48hr notice of cancel to avoid 50% fee of service (same day cancellation = 100% of service due). BE ON TIME! 10 mins late will result in a cancelled appt & 100% fee of service will be required. NO SHOWS will be required to pay 100% of service. NO CHILDREN in the studio due to safety issues. if you are SICK, please reschedule in a timely manner. If any sick symptoms are present at the time off appt, appt will be cancelled and rescheduled & CANCELATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED! *CASH ONLY!
